Melissa Ruhter is an American Christian writer. She is a member of the Cascade Christian Writers and recently completed her first children’s book. She has poems published in the Swallow's Nest: Poetry Journal, Fifth Annual Issue—December 2023. In her free time, Melissa loves relaxing with her husband and two cats, learning more about God, reading, attending plays, and crafting. She also has a career as a speech-language pathologist and is a member of her local church.
